In short- trust the experts

The Process:

Step One;

You've acquired some fantastic art or found a memory you want to preserve forever. That's great! Package it up safely and bring it in to us. We recommend placing your art between some cardboard if its thin and fragile, or wrapping canvas in bubble wrap or fabric.

Step Two;

One of our keen-eyed designers will greet you and invite you to place your art on one of our design workspaces. We’ll get to know you and your art and ask a few questions about any ideas you might have for your piece.

Step Three;

Your designer will walk you through the millions of possibilities, asking questions to narrow down the frame, mat, fillet, and glass options to the perfect choice for you. All in an effort to highlight the beauty of your art.

Step Four;

Your art stays on property in the safe hands of our staff. We store all art in archival sleeves in art drawers or art storage bins until it is ready to go into its new forever frame.

Step Five;

When your moulding choice arrives, your custom frame is cut and constructed by our master framer, Lance Sawyers.

Step Six;

After all of your choices are cut and ready, your custom frame is assembled and sealed.

If you had a signature or any information about your art, we attach it to the back.

Step Seven;

Your completed custom frame job is wrapped up and we call you to let you know that its ready! It is safely stored until you can come back for it.
